Ippon Timer – Workout & Interval Timer

Use the Rounds tab for simple round-based timers (e.g. 5 x 3 minute rounds with 1 minute rest), or the Interval tab for custom interval workouts. You can type or speak your workout description — the app understands natural language like “tabata squats” or “30s work 10s rest x 8”.
After configuring your workout, tap “Save Preset” to save it for quick access later. Presets appear on the Presets tab and can be pinned to the home screen widget.
By default, timer sounds only play when the app is in the foreground. Go to Settings > Background Sounds to enable notification-based sounds or keep the audio session active in the background.
Install Ippon Timer on your Apple Watch from the Watch app on your iPhone. You can start timers directly on the watch, or mirror your phone's timer to the watch display. Presets sync automatically when both devices are connected.
When configuring a workout, tap the music icon to browse your Apple Music library. Select a song, album, or playlist to link it. The music will start automatically when you begin the workout.
Yes. Ippon Timer works entirely offline. The only feature that requires connectivity is Apple Music playback if you're streaming rather than playing downloaded music.
